Yes, you can lose money.
Read this before you buy {token} or a box. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
Draft pending legal review. It can still change before v1.0, published before the token launch.
A game, not an investment.
- It's a game. GLOBAL CRISIS is made for entertainment. Buying a box is a game purchase: you pay for a random agent to play with.
- Not an investment. Boxes, agents and {token} are not a security, a savings product or a yield product, and are not sold as one.
- Nothing is promised. Rewards and any return are not guaranteed. You can lose everything you spend. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
- The token can go to zero. {token} can lose all its value. Its price and its liquidity can fall to zero, and you may not be able to sell.
- Your risk, your laws. You play at your own risk. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for following the laws and paying the taxes that apply where you live.
- No third-party audit yet. The on-chain setup, server and gateway have not been audited by a third-party security firm.
The token can lose all its value
The market sets the price of {token}. It can fall to zero. We do not control it and make no promise about it.
Low liquidity, high volatility
The trading pool starts small. One large trade can move the price by several percent, and selling a large amount at once can mean a much lower price. If the pool runs out of liquidity, you may not be able to sell at all. The box price is set in {token}, so its cost in dollars moves with the token.
Nothing is promised
Agents are paid at the Reward Rate, which can go down. Changes to the rules behind it are announced 72 hours ahead. No payback time is promised and rewards are not guaranteed: what a box gives back can be less than its price. If the token's price falls, the same reward is worth less.
Boxes are random
With the published odds, 75% of boxes contain a Common agent, the rarity that mines the least. There is no pity system: opening more boxes does not raise the odds of the next one. In some countries, paid random boxes can be treated as gambling.
Box draws can be checked on-chain. Agents freed from a jail, agents made by combining and the results of upgrades are drawn by our game server: those results are logged, but they can't be checked on-chain.
Claims have limits and can be paused
Claims have a minimum of the price of one box and a fee of 20% (under 24 h), 10% (24 h to 48 h) or 0% (48 h or more), counted from your last claim. Claims from flagged accounts can be held for review or stopped. The game's payout key can send at most a set total per day, shared by all players (an on-chain spending limit); a claim that doesn't fit waits for the next day. Claims can be paused at any time for security. Your wallet needs its own {token} token account to receive a claim; without it, the claim is refused. Claims open: The same day the game opens.
No deposits
{token} enters the game only when you buy boxes. {token} sent to any address, including our vaults, is not added to your game balance.
Bugs and leaked keys
We run no on-chain programs of our own; we use standard Solana programs written by others (Token, Squads, Memo and the DEX that holds the pool), which can also have bugs. Our server and gateway can have bugs too, and the key that sends payouts could leak. The on-chain daily spending limit bounds what that key can take per day, and the claims pause stops it at once on our side. This reduces the damage. It does not remove it.
No third-party audit yet
Our on-chain setup, server and gateway have not been audited by a third-party security firm. An external audit is not guaranteed at launch; status on announcements.
Server and gateway failures
The game runs on our servers, and a separate service of ours, the gateway, is the only part that talks to the blockchain. An outage, a bug or an attack can stop or delay play, box deliveries and claims. Some rules are not enforced on-chain: the box price, how each box payment is split, and the claim minimum, fee and limits per player are checked by our server and gateway. Your wallet shows the exact amounts before you sign, and every burn is public.
Your keys
You hold your own keys. If you lose your seed phrase or sign a malicious transaction, nobody can recover your funds, including us. Your wallet is also your game account: losing it means losing the account. On-chain transactions are final, and the ones you sign cost a Solana network fee in SOL.
Regulatory changes
Laws on crypto tokens and games differ by country and change. A change could restrict the token or the game where you live, or make us change or close features. You are responsible for the laws and taxes that apply to you.
The game may change, pause or shut down
We can change the rules, and pause box sales, claims or the whole game. Accounts can be suspended for cheating. The project is run by a small team; if it can't continue, the game can shut down.
Phishing and fake tokens
Fake sites, accounts and tokens with the same name will appear. The token mint address on /links is the only one that counts. We will never DM you first or ask for your seed phrase.
